Era Esthetic Gift Voucher General Terms:
- The ERA ESTHETIC gift voucher is valid at the Era Esthetic Avenue aesthetic and laser medicine clinic located at M. Valančiaus St. 7-51, Vilnius, and at Era Esthetic laser dermatology clinics located at M. Valančiaus St. 7-57, Vilnius, I. Kanto St. 18 (Business Centre “Bokštas”), Kaunas, and S. Nėries St. 10, Klaipėda.
- The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
- When an Era Esthetic gift voucher is presented as payment, it is collected and is non-refundable. An Era Esthetic gift voucher may be used for payment only once; after use, the voucher is cancelled.
- If the price of the procedure(s) paid for with an Era Esthetic gift voucher exceeds the nominal value stated on the gift voucher, the remaining amount may be paid in cash or by credit or debit card.
- If the price of the procedure(s) paid for with an Era Esthetic gift voucher is lower than the nominal value stated on the gift voucher, the remaining balance is not refunded.
- Era Esthetic gift vouchers can be purchased at the Era Esthetic Avenue aesthetic and laser medicine clinic located at M. Valančiaus St. 7-51 and at Era Esthetic laser dermatology clinics located at M. Valančiaus St. 7-57, Vilnius, I. Kanto St. 18 (Business Centre “Bokštas”), Kaunas, and S. Nėries St. 10, Klaipėda.
- The Era Esthetic gift voucher is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. The purchase date is indicated on the gift voucher.

- A VAT invoice is not issued when purchasing gift vouchers. An acceptance-transfer certificate is issued instead.
- UAB “ELDK” reserves the right to amend the Gift Voucher Terms of Use and undertakes to announce any changes in advance on the website www.lazerineklinika.lt.
